Certain cancer hospital facilities, such as the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Western Regional Medical Center (Western), have added CloSYS products to their formularies for patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, and at least one major pharmaceutical manufacturer of chemotherapy medications, Novartis, is dispensing CloSYS to patients taking their breast cancer drug, Afinitor.
